  • How to make a reservation for pickup?

  • Is it possible to make a reservation by phone?

  • Where does the ride service usually pick-up from the airport?
    It will depend on the airport you will be landing at. For the Narita Terminal 1 will be North 2 or South 2 exit and the Terminal 2 will be South 3 exit. For the Haneda Airport Terminal 3 will be at the taxi pick-up point on first floor. There are chances that the meeting point would be changed. Our staff will guide you through the meeting point on the pick-up day. We will also send you an attachment of instructions to get to the pick-up location.
  • I would like to make a reservation for a far destination (outside the Kanto area). Is it possible?
    Yes, it is possible. We recommend you to make a confirmation and finish the payment 3 days before the pick-up date.
  • I have set the pickup time 3 hours after landing but I do not know exactly how long it will take during this period. So what happen if the arrival process takes shorter or longer than the pickup time?
    In general, the airport process will not be the same all the time (2 hours - 2.5 hours). Therefore, we would adjust your pick-up time based on the data we received from your quotation.
  • Is it possible to set the pick-up location at the mandatory quarantine hotel?
    Unfortunately, we are not allowed to pick you up at the mandatory quarantine hotel due to government regulations.
  • I don't have any credit cards, do you accept cash on arrival?"
    Yes, we do accept cash on arrival with an additional fee of ¥ 1,000, and to prevent 'no show' on the pick-up date, customers who chose Cash / Credit Card on Arrival payment would need to be required to send us one of these documents in advance: 1. Japanese ID's Card (Zairyu Kado) 2. Japanese Drivers License 3. Japanese Health Insurance Card You could also send us a copy of your passport if you do not have any of those documents above. Our driver would depart after we have received your confirmation about the pick-up and it would take between 1 - 1.5 hours for Haneda Airport pick-up and 1.5 - 2 hours for Narita Airport pick-up. Hoping for your kind understanding on this matter.
  • In case my landing delays or if checking procedure takes more then usual, would your driver be waiting for me ?"
    It is free for the first hour, and there will be an additional fee of ¥ 2,000 / hour.
  • How do we pay through online?
    Once reservations are confirmed, our staff will send you an invoice with the total fee for the pickup. There will be a link attached to the invoice which will redirect you to the payment.
  • What procedures to go if the PCR test comes out positive?
    Positive PCR test will be counted as force majeure therefore there will be no charge for rescheduling.
  • How many days in advance can I make a reservation as well as confirmation?
    You can make a reservation any time even at the last minute. But, we suggest you to make a reservation and confirmation as late as 1 day prior to the pickups to avoid last minute booking fees (please check our fare and policy for more details).
  • I'm coming from Government quarantine hotel but I don't know what time they will bring me back to the airport.
    Usually, the bus will depart from the hotel around 14:00 or 16:00. Please provide us the name of the quarantine hotel that you're staying so we can suggest you the estimated time for the pickup.

  • ピックアップの時間を到着後3時間に設定していますが、この間にどのくらいの時間がかかるのか正確にはわかりません。では、到着までの時間がピックアップの時間よりも短かったり長かったりした場合はどうなるのでしょうか?

    はい、ご到着時に現金でのお支払いも可能ですが、その場合は1,000円の追加料金がかかります。現金/クレジットカードでのお支払いを選択されたお客様は、お迎え日にお見えにならないことを防ぐために、以下のいずれかの書類を事前にお送りいただく必要があります。 1. 在留カード 2. 日本の運転免許証 3. 日本の健康保険証 上記の書類をお持ちでない方は、パスポートのコピーをお送りいただくことも可能です。ドライバーは、お客様からお迎えの確認をいただいた後に出発し、羽田空港の場合は1時間~1時間30分、成田空港の場合は1時間30分~2時間で到着します。何卒ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
