****** To prevent 'no show' incidents on the pick-up date, customers choosing Cash on Arrival payment must provide one of the following documents in advance:
1. Japan Residence Card (在留カード/ Zairyu Kado)
2. Japanese Driver's License
3. Japanese Health Insurance Card
If the passenger does not have any of the above, a copy of the passenger's passport may be provided instead. The driver will depart after we have received passenger's confirmation about the pick-up and the estimated travel times are 1–1.5 hours for Haneda Airport pick-ups and 1.5–2 hours for Narita Airport pick-ups.

Notice
Pickup time will be set to Passenger’s Arrival Time + 1–1.5 hours, or according to passenger’s request. If there is a delay of more than 30 minutes from the agreed pickup time without prior notice, an extra charge of ¥3,000/30 minutes will apply.​

Cancellation Policy

1. More than 1 week before local pick-up time will be charged 10% of total quoted price.

2. 1 week before local pick-up time will be charged 25% of total quoted price.
3. 72 hours before local pick-up time will be charged 50% of total quoted price.
4. 24 hours before local pick-up time will be charged 100% of total quoted price.
5. No charge for cancellations caused by force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, airport closure).

6. Rescheduling is free of charge up to 1 day before the pick-up date.

7. Changes to the pick-up time/location or drop-off location on the scheduled date will be charged ¥3,000/30 minutes after the first free 30 minutes waiting time or up to 100% of total quoted price (whichever applies).

Refund Policy

1. Refund will be processed on the day customer requests cancellation. The amount will be received within 7 business days.
Note: Processing time may take longer than depending on the credit card/bank company.
2. Refund is available via Credit Card, PayPal, or Japan Bank transfer.
